Latest Update Oct 2009: Fabulous newly extended deck with extra seating and loungers – providing both sunny and shaded areas. The perfect place to relax and unwind. From breakfast in the sunshine to late at night listening to the sound of the crickets, how about answering your emails on your laptop lying on a lounger or sipping a cool drink or even bubbling in the spa - what a perfect way to spend a day. The only way we could get it all in the picture was to take the photos from outside the pool screen! We have a child safety fence for your little ones and are adding more planting soon.

Welcome to your home from home for the holiday of a lifetime. This is a brief resume of what to expect .

On arrival: We have installed a lock box for the key so you can go straight to the villa from the airport.

The Great Room:  This is the main reason why we fell in love with this villa. The friendly sociable atmosphere is wonderful. The room has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas and a seating area with cable TV. A DVD player and Playstation are also provided. There is a CD radio which can be taken out by the pool if you wish.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, cable TV, walk in closet and huge master bathroom.
Queen bedroom: Queen bed, cable TV and adjacent to a full bathroom.
2 Twin rooms: Both contain 2 beds, cable TV and closet space and share a Jack and Jill bathroom which is divided into two areas to give privacy when required.
There is also a washer and drier for guest use – so pack light!
Games Room- Carpeted throughout. Pool table, air hockey, foosball, electronic basketball and darts. Play or watch – the choice is yours – fun for all ages.
Free Broadband wi-fi internet access – take your laptop/notebook and keep in touch with the family or even work from the villa.
Phone Bonus – for our US and Canadian guests we have long distance phone calls included – you can keep in touch with home at no extra expense.
Other Guests – long distance means that you can book a restaurant or order tickets – beware of local calls only – that can mean not being able to call Disney World from villas in our area!! Local really means local in the US.

Pack and play crib and high chair for our smaller guests – available free of charge. We also have strollers/pushchairs and a changing mat in the villa for your convenience.

Screened pool: The great Room has direct access to a lovely covered lanai where you can sit out (or eat out) and then it’s into the pool and spa. The pool can be heated during the cooler months for a supplement. With the pool lighting on at night it becomes quite magical.  We have planted hibiscus outside the pool screen between us and the neighbours. This will grow to provide you with a beautiful flowering hedge – guaranteed to get you in the tropical mood.
