Welcome to Disney Villa Rentals, your perfect Florida vacation home!  We are situated on the exclusive gated community of Legacy Park which is the ideal location for your Floridian holiday.  Relax in our beautiful villa, fully equipped so you have a wonderful vacation in the sunshine.

As soon as you step into our home, you will see we have the “wow factor”. We purchased the house in 2009 and have decorated throughout and have beautiful new furniture to make it a very cozy, bright family home which we are confident all will enjoy.

You can relax on our comfy sofas, listen to music, watch the huge flat screen TV and even curl up by the fire in the chillier months!

Take advantage of waking up in our beautiful Master Suite and you can just open the patio doors and head right out for that early morning swim, if you don’t fancy a dip you can always lounge in the luxury bed and watch the 40″ flat screen TV or have a soak in the whirlpool tub.

The Queen Suite also has a flat screen TV and is very comfy, our home is fully equipped for two families to share, great if you are travelling with family or friends!

There are an additional 2 bedrooms which consist of two single beds in each, ideal for teenagers or younger children, these too have TV’s and there are books and games for all the family to enjoy.

You can use our fully equipped kitchen to whip up a culinary delight, or there is always the microwave or plenty of places nearby that are available for takeaways, Pizza, Indian, Chinese to name but a few.

We have 3 dining areas, the kitchen/breakfast room which can seat up to 8 people, you can dine in the posh lounge or eat “al fresco” by the pool taking in that beautiful Florida sunshine!

Our pool and lanai is very private in comparison to many Florida properties, the pool is not a back to back, outside the pool/lanai area we have some grass and plants, and only 1 neighboring pool! You can float around on the blow up gator or just muck about with the floats and balls provided. There is ample space for sunbathing on the comfortable loungers, the perfect place to sip a cocktail or grab a cold beer!

If you are feeling a bit more energetic or you’d like the kids to run off some steam, grab the tennis racquets and take a 2 minute stroll to the tennis courts and children’s play area.

We are ideally located for all of the theme parks, Orlando and Sanford International Airports, Disneyworld, water parks, International Drive, SeaWorld and many other attractions.  There is a great choice of supermarkets, beauty parlors, restaurants and other amenities just a couple of minutes drive away.  There are also many golf courses close should you want to T off.
