Our villa is set on an oversized corner lot and has a fully screened, south facing private swimming pool and spa. It is enclosed with a protective mesh, ensuring a pest-free environment and has been upgraded with ‘Florida Glass’ giving ultimate privacy.

The deck area (lanai) has been extended and is fully equipped with sun loungers and patio furniture. The pool area is the great place to relax after a busy day out

and offers a perfect setting for alfresco dining. The pool can be heated when required for a supplementary fee. It has a poolside bathroom.

The interior of the villa is furnished and decorated to a high standard and is air conditioned throughout. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are formed into one large, open plan living area, looking out on the relaxing sun deck and pool. The villa comes with 4 large bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 2 with twin beds and one of the sofas in the lounge is a sofa bed. All of the bedrooms have a TV. The double garage has been converted into a games room and contains air hockey, table football and a darts board. One of the twin bedrooms has a PS2 player and various PS2 games. It includes free wireless internet access (just bring your laptop).
