Our villa is situated in the exclusive gated community of Highgate Park, our luxury three bedroom villa is ideal for the perfect family holiday. A great location for visiting Disney World with all the major theme parks only a short drive away. The villa has been given an overhaul with new carpets, lounge furniture, games room equipment and all linens to ensure the villa is always kept to our high standard.

The villa has a large 27`6 x 14` South West facing swimming pool so you can enjoy the sun until sunset.

We strive to ensure our villa is kept to the highest of standards with management and cleanliness throughout, the swimming pool is maintained weekly to keep it crystal clear.
The villa is on one level making it very family friendly especially for those with younger children and is fully air conditioned throughout. All linen and towels are provided for use in the villa.
For families travelling with young children there is a high chair and one travel crib available for your use, free of charge.

Free Telephone & Wifi – Our villa has free wireless internet access plus free local and international telephone calls to landlines in the U.K., Canada plus many other countries listed in villa.

Swimming Pool & Surrounding Patio Area: Large 27`6 x 14` South West facing swimming pool which is fully screened to keep the insects at bay. Underwater and garden lighting allows guests to take an evening swim to cool off after a busy day at the theme parks. The landscaped garden is on an elevated plot providing privacy with views across to the conservation are. The patio area has an outside dining table and chairs, parasol shade, sun loungers and shower. There is a child safety fence for use if required.

Large Games Room: New games room equipment includes a 7ft air hockey table, pool table, foosball (table football) and electronic dart board, great fun for kids of all ages!

Family Room: New furniture consisting of two sofas and coffee & end tables. Cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, cable television, DVD and video player, patio door to the pool area.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with cooker and microwave, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, sink with waste disposal, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, food blender and toaster.
Dining Area: The dining area comfortably seats 6 people and has a pool view.
Utility Room: Washing machine and separate tumble dryer, ironing board and iron plus clothes airer.
Master Bedroom & En-Suite: We have a large master bedroom complete with a King size bed. Cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, two bedside cabinets with lamps, large dressing table with mirror, cable television. En-Suite with bath, walk in shower, twin basin sinks, toilet and hairdryer.
Twin Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with two single beds, bedside cabinet and double fitted wardrobes.
Twin Bedroom 2: Two single beds, bedside cabinet and double fitted wardrobes.
Family Bathroom: There is a separate bathroom with toilet, bath and shower plus a second hairdryer.
