The sunny south west facing extended pool, spa and deck really offer a tranquil and private place to relax after a day at the parks, or on the golf course. Also the identical king suites are ideal for two families as both couples can have the best rooms in the house.

Highgate is quite gated community with tennis courts and childrens recreational playground and is only 12 minutes from the Disney attractions and 5 minutes from Champions Gate and it’s breath taking golf courses.

With nearly 3,000 sq ft of air-conditioned living space Royal Retreat is large enough for two families to share in comfort. It includes five large bedrooms, we made sure that there are 2 identically sized and well appointed king sized en-suite master rooms. There is also a spacious queen sized suite and two twin rooms all furnished to the highest of standards. Every bedroom has it’s own cable TV and is en-suite or is next to a bathroom.

The ground floor accommodation is built around the large family room that opens to the lanai and pool. There is a separate luxurious dining room and additional living room. A large fully equipped American kitchen that extends into a breakfast room overlooking the beautiful heated pool and spa. The villa is furnished to a high standard and the furniture is all deluxe and upgraded. From the sumptuous leather suite and DVD / Stereo home entertainment system in the family room to the sumptuous king sized beds in the master rooms.

It has south west facing, private extended pool and deck that has uninterrupted conservation woodland views. It captures the sun all day long, but it also has a large shady lanai for those who want to keep cool a perfect place for a relaxing and private vacation.
