Situated on the excellently located community of Highgate Park (a subdivision of Legacy Park) which is fully gated and has TENNIS facilities and large children’s PLAY AREA.

WALT DISNEY WORLD is just 15 minutes away and the award winning Champions Gate and Southern Dunes GOLF courses are within 10 minutes drive. The Gulf Coast beaches can be reached in 90 minutes, Kennedy Space Centre and East Coast beaches in 60 minutes.

Florida is the Sunshine state with temperatures ranging from 70F to 95F. Orlando’s main attraction is Disney and all the associated theme parks. In addition Orlando offers great shopping and top class golfing. Highgate Park is also a convenient base for visiting Kennedy Space Centre or the Gulf coast.
Other attractions in Florida include the Everglades, Miami and the Florida Keys.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a KING size bed plus cable TV & ceiling fan. Large en-suite master bathroom with 2 walk in closets, walk in shower, extra large bath tub and his & hers basins.
2 further bedrooms upstairs – 1 QUEEN bed and 2 TWIN beds with a shared bathroom.
2 further bedrooms downstairs – 1 QUEEN bed (sliding door onto pool area) and 2 TWIN beds with a shared bathroom.
*All beds have upgraded Mattresses for additional comfort*
LIVING ROOM
Quiet and comfortable seating area includes double sofa bed.
FAMILY ROOM
Comfortable seating, cable TV & DVD player with lots of DVDs to choose from plus some family games and portable CD player.
Sliding doors open onto private pool area with views across the pool towards the conservation area.

DINING ROOM
Large family dining table plus 6 comfortable chairs.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen – Fridge/Freezer, electric cooker, coffee machine, microwave, food blender, electric kettle, dishwasher, electric can opener & 4 slice toaster.
Tableware is available for both indoor and outdoor use.
BREAKFAST AREA - with extra large table & 6 chairs
LAUNDRY ROOM
Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board, plus vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment provided.
OTHER FACILITIES
