This 4 bedroom single story villa is situated on the desirable Highgate Park gated Community and provides the perfect location for your Orlando Holiday. It has 4 bedrooms (including 2 master suites) 3 bathrooms, a large living area, a large south facing private pool, a well equipped games room, with table tennis, pool table etc, and is fully air conditioned.

For our guests convenience, we have free WiFi Internet access, also all telephone calls from the villa are free of charge, they include local & international calls, throughout the United States, Canada & to the United Kingdom. (excluding calls to mobile phones)

Living Accomodation:-  The villa has a large living area, consisting of a lounge, dining area & fully equipped kitchen. The cable TV in the Lounge has a playstation 2 connected to it and a DVD player.

The fully fitted kitchen has a full cooker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, waste disposal unit and all untensils. A separate utility room houses the washer & dryer.

Sleeping Accomodation:- The villa has 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a television & have ample cupboard space.
Master Suite 1: Has a King Bed, en suite with shower, bath, his & hers washbasins, a walk in dressing room, television & direct access to the pool area.
Master Suite 2: Has a Queen Bed, en suite with shower, bath, his & hers washbasins, television & walk in dressing room. Two Twin Bedrooms: each with two twin beds, television, with shared bathroom.

All bed linen & towels are provided and the villa can sleep up to 8 people. There is a foldaway cot, highchair & pushchair (stroller) for guests use.

The Pool: Our pool is South facing, with a Shaded Lanai area, complete with dining table & chairs for outside dining. The patio area is equipped with quality pool furniture  & sun loungers. Heating for the pool is available for an additional charge.

Highgate Park is a wonderful community, it is a secure gated community and includes a childrens play area & tennis courts. With the added attraction of Walt Disney World only 15 minutes drive away, all the family can have a fantastic time.

Highgate Park is perfectly located, south of US Highway 192 and North of Interstate Highway 4 on US Highway 27, around an hours drive East is the Kennedy Space Center & Atlantic Coast Beaches,  or West, to Busch Gardens at Tampa & the Beaches of the Gulf Coast.
Shopping and Restaurants are minutes away and the area boasts some of the best golf courses in Florida.
