Welcome to our lovely 3-bed pool home set on the exclusive Highgate Park development.

Our home is just 20 minutes drive from the main gate of Disney World and about 30 minutes drive from Universal,Sea -World and Wet & Wild.

Theres a host of shops nearby,with Wal-Mart and Publix both within a few minutes drive .The more exciting bargains of the “outlets shops” are within easy reach so you can keep going back for more!

Around an hours drive from Highgate Park to the east you can reach Floridas Atlantic Coast , The Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach,a haven for surfers.

An hour to the west will take you to the beautiful beaches of Floridas Gulf Coast and to Tampas Busch Gardens.

Our home was fully re-decorated and re-furbished in the autumn of 2010.

The property is fully air -conditioned and has free internet connection.

It consists of a Living Room.Tastefully decorated for relaxing after a long day at the parks.

A Family Room ,where you can watch tv or a dvd,enjoy a board game or read a book in the evenings.

There is a formal dining room ,a breakfast nook and of course a patio dining table where meals can be enjoyed whatever the mood.

The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed,a second tv and ,of-course ,an elegant en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a Queen sized double bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Our home will comfortably sleep 6 in its 3 bedrooms but can take up to 8 by utilizing a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Our kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to prepare a full meal whilst on your vacation and the laundry room has a full size washer and dryer to help you keep the laundry down.

There is a further family bathroom for all to use.

To the rear of the property there is a large pool with ample chairs and loungers so everyone can enjoy those balmy Florida evenings and wind-down after a busy day.
