Perfect for a family or extended family, our villa is over 1800 sq feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is fully air-conditioned and has additional comfort ceiling fans in all rooms.

All linens (bedding, bath and pool towels etc) are provided. A full professional clean is carried out at every guest changeover.

Wireless internet and US/Canada calls to landlines are provided free. On request we can activate free calls to the UK and Ireland too.

Our personal pool area
The large seating area around the pool includes a comfortable 6-seater cast-iron table with sprung chairs all under cover, plus 4 moveable deck loungers for sun bathing. The oversize (30 foot) pool is planted around with pygmy palms and equipped with a child safety barrier an outside pool shower and some pool toys.

A full size tennis court and child’s climbing and play area are onsite, just a very short and safe walk away. Tennis racquets are at the villa. Our driveway provides off-road parking for 2 cars.

Accommodation details
Massive King Suite with beautiful dark bedroom furniture, walk in wardrobe, wc, oversized bath and walk-in shower area. Personal Polaroid LCD TV (with cable) and private patio doors to covered lania and pool.

Comfortable and private Queen size bedroom in tasteful brown furnishings with access to own wc, bath and shower over. Personal fitted wardrobes and cable TV.

Blue (side of house) and green (facing front of house) twin bedded rooms with shared ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom including vanity area with separate wc and bath with shower over. Fitted wardrobes and cable TV’s are provided in both bedrooms.

Light and airy high-ceiling lounge diner, with large dining table, leather sofa’s and Polaroid widescreen LCD cable TV/DVD. Direct access to covered lanai and pool via 2nd patio doors.

Fully fitted kitchen with full refrigerator and dishwasher, cooker and microwave etc, tiled breakfast table area, direct access to covered lanai and pool via a 3rd set of patio doors.

Central laundry area with heavy duty washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Plenty of shelving and storage space throughout, to keep rooms clear of clutter. Low energy bulbs are used throughout for a sustainable environment.

The integral double garage is entered from the hallway and has a vinyl sealed floor for use as a games room, which includes a 7 foot pool table and rugged 6 foot air hockey table.

Location details and directions
Driving South on the 27 from the junction with 192, look for Legacy Park entrance on the right shortly after Polo Park. Drive to the end and enter the Highgate gates on the left using the gate code provided. Full address details and a door code are provided with your booking receipt.
