For hours of family entertainment, there`s a unique American Idol themed game room with a pool table, TV, Foosball table, 3 cabinets full of wonderful family board games and challenges. The whole family will be singing and dancing to the most popular songs….don’t forget to turn on the disco ball at night! In a nutshell this warm and inviting property is was constructed with keeping the little ones occupied and delighted adults some relax and comfort while in between the big name entertainment.

All bookings are done directly with us the private owner of this home. There is a grocery store, drug stores and restaurants, less than 1 mile from the home. It is also less than 1 mile from the Bank and Gas stations. And, best of all, it`s 10 miles from Disney! You will actually hear the fireworks at each night from the Parks. Nearby supermarkets (some 24/7) restaurants, post office, banks, gas stations (petrol), library with internet access (Free Of Charge)…Highgate Park has its own children’s play area and tennis court & is quiet, peaceful, private, tranquil, luxurious. Locally a full service grocery store Publix with bakery, deli and pharmacy, Highland Reserve Golf Club, a lovely family restaurant Applebee’s are less than 1 mile away. We are within 15 minutes of 6 good Golf Courses.

Designed for Fun, the SpongeBob Bathroom with have kids brushing and loving it. Half bath pool side is just wonderful, no running into a cold home while wet! Outdoor Shower is Fantastic. *All bathrooms come equipped with hair dryers, towels.

* In General: This home is a masterpiece in every aspect. It will surely satisfy any guest that is traveling as a family or two. The Harry Potter Room- This room is made to make believe that any child can be Harry Potter for a day. Your own imagination is the limit. While residing in our own chambers ‘Dungeon Themed’ room at Hogwarts Castle/School of magic-You make up your own magic spells/potions….Yes down to the details of -Melted Candles (wicks pulled out) – Rusted Chains-4 ft Black Spider-Wizard Cape/Wand-Vintage Candle Holders and Even a Fantastic Sky which the Moon/Clouds light up mysteriously at Night. But there is so much more..This room was a year in planning and is certainly a Dream come true for any child when they enter!! The Mickey/Minnie Mouse Room- This fantasy filled magical kingdom will have you believe that you are within the gates of the enchanted world where Mickey & Minnie live. The rolling hills & hidden mouse ears that come alive at night will highlight your vacation.

Situated only 10 mins from the Gates of Disney, and yet far enough away to enjoy those peaceful evenings relaxing by your own private pool. Our Home/Villa is actually one of few that is set on a oversize conservation lot with no rear neighbors on a quiet end of park. Conveniently centrally situated close to all the major theme parks, shops and restaurants, the road system allows easy access to either the Gulf or the Atlantic coasts and the chance to explore the whole of Florida.

Management: The management… We are committed to Guests’ Service. Our Family has created a dedicated Local Guest Services Team run by a wonderful & hardworking Family that caters to answering guest inquiries, is on-call 24 hours a day, and anticipates guest needs by maintaining an easy to reach us in any case that may arise . Our service team rivals that of very upscale resorts. Their welcoming smiles preface their attention to any guest need during the stay. Should a guest require immediate attention while in-home, our Property Care, Guest Services, Quality Control and Information Technology team is available to respond quickly. We are always dedicated to Quality Control. Perfection is the only goal of our small/careful management team. They strive to make sure each guest is impressed upon arrival.
