Our fantastic, four-bed-roomed, fully air conditioned Executive Villa located within a secure gated community on Highgate Park within Legacy Park, Davenport, is stylishly furnished to a very high standard and comes fully-equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday.

1st Lounge As you walk through the front door you enter a spacious Lounge with a formal Dining Area for six and a sweeping staircase leading to the lst floor.

The 2nd Lounge is open planned, comfortably furnished to a high standard.

The luxury Kitchen is fully-equipped with a full-size Oven and Hob, Refrigerator/Freezer with Ice-Maker, built-in Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Waste Disposal and Telephone.

Separate Dining Adjoining the Kitchen is a Dining area with a table for four, and worktop dining chairs for three, complete with an Highchair for the Disney Starlet.

A downstairs Master Bedroom with Queen sized bed and En suite Bathroom – also giving access to the Pool area.

3 Further Bedrooms On the 1st Floor there are 3 further bedrooms, 1 large Master En suite with King sized bed, a 68″ cabled TV, 2 seat Love Sofa and a Cot/Play Pen for the little one.  Two further twin bedded rooms with a Jack and Jill Bathroom.

A separate Utility Room with Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.

Pool Area Patio Doors lead out from the second Lounge to the extended Pool Deck area with Heated Pool/Spa, fully enclosed with bug screening and Floridian privacy glass inserted at the base. The Pool is serviced and cleaned weekly and arrangements can be made to have the Pool heated during the cooler months.  Sun Loungers, Patio Chairs, Table and Poolside Tables are also provided.

The awesome Games Room has a an 8ft Pool table, 7ft Air Hockey Table and Foosball (Table Football).

Our Villa sleeps up to 8 people+ 1 infant.  The spacious master bedroom, with en-suite, has a King size bed, large walk-in-closet, cable 68″ TV, 2 seat Love Sofa, Radio Alarm Clock and Hairdryer.  The fabulous en-suite bathroom has – his and her inset hand basins, large walk in Shower, Corner Bath and separate Toilet.

2 Further Twin bedded Bedrooms giving large Closets and a third full sized bathroom with Basin, Bath, Shower, Toilet and Hairdryer.  All bed Linen and Towels are provided.

The second downstairs en-suite Bedroom has a Queen size bed and large Closet with plenty of hanging space.

For a great family holiday all of the major attractions including Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, Wet and Wild and Cypress Gardens are within 30 minutes drive.  The Gulf and Atlantic Ocean Coasts and Kennedy Space Centre are only an hour and a half away.
