Located on the exclusive gated community of Highgate Park, our spacious and luxurious modern villa offers the very best in accommodation, location and value.

Fully air-conditioned and furnished to a very high standard throughout, our villa provides 5 spacious bedrooms and can sleep us to 12. On the first floor is the king size Master with sleigh style bed, luxurious en-suite and walk-in closet, together with two further bedrooms, a queen size double and a twin which share a Jack & Jill bathroom.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a queen with patio doors leading straight onto the pool deck and a twin both of which have en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom also has a television with cable tv as well as closet space.

The villa also boasts a spacious living room with cable television, DVD player, PS2 and music centre, family room, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. There is also a house cloakroom on the ground floor for your convenience.

The large garage has been converted into a carpeted games room with pool, air hockey and football tables as well as an electronic dartboard. Last, but by no means least the villa also has a large south facing screened private pool area with pool, separate spa and poolside bathroom.
Perfectly situated our villa is located within 10-15 minutes of Disney and close to all other major attractions, shops and restaurants, as well as numerous golf courses and only 30 minutes from the international airport. Both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts can also be reached within the hour. This makes it the perfect base to enjoy all that Orlando and indeed Florida has to offer, whatever your preference. If you’re looking to holiday in style, at the right price, in the holiday capital of the world then look no further.
