Built in June 2007 this is the newest villa at Highgate Park. One of our best Executive 5 bedroom villas that has everything you will ever need. Sleeps up to 12 guests with the use of large double fold away bed, “fully air conditioned”.

Full games room with Pool table, Table tennis, Football table, Air hockey and Playstation.
Heated Swimming pool and Spa pool with extended deck, Sun loungers, Table and seating plus Inflatable pool aids and toy’s.

King size Master Bedroom (same as super king in UK) with En-suite and 32”Pasma TV with built in DVD player

2 Queen Bedrooms (same as king in UK) both with Plasma TVs and built in DVD players one room has pool access and both have shared Bathroom

2 Twin bedrooms with LCD TVs and built in DVD again both with shared bathroom.

Formal lounge with ample seating, Family room with 47” plasma TV and DVD player, CD and access to pool area.

Fully equipped Kitchen, Breakfast nook overlooking the pool and full dinning area for that formal dining experience.

We also provide free internet service so take your lap top and enjoy the use of our office area and free US and Canada calls or relax and read a book on our Chaise langue over looking the Florida landscape.
