Reposado simply translated means ‘rested’, and this is what we hope you’ll be after a few days in our superb villa.  We believe we’ve created the perfect place to escape from the pressures of everyday life.

After an exhausting day of fun at one of the many attractions in the area, relax by the pool with a glass of the finest champagne, vintage wine, premium beer or even a good old cup of tea.  Relax for the duration of your stay and leave feeling truly rested.

Our executive standard villa, situated in the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park, comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Completed to the highest international standards expected of the most discerning traveller, our villa is fully air conditioned to allow you to enjoy the Florida climate in a relaxing comfortable environment.  Located no more than 30 minutes from Orlando you will find our villa the perfect base to experience Disneyland, Universal Studios and all major attractions.

The villa benefits from its own private screened pool and jacuzzi spa, which is not overlooked from the rear, as our home does not back on to other villas.  This permits our guests to enjoy that extra bit of privacy when frolicking in the pool!  More importantly and with a view to child-safety, doors leading outside to the pool and sun deck area are alarmed.  The pool also comes with a removable security mesh fence to prevent curious children from wandering too near the pool.

The pool is north/north-west facing.  This means the sun lays across the pool, with shade coverage over the patio area where the outdoor dining area is. This gives the perfect balance for those guests wishing to dine al-fresco without the full strength of the sun (especially in the summer), or, those who wish to top up their tans by bathing by the pool in the sun.

The layout of the villa was chosen with both families and couples in mind.  Our 4 bedroom home comes with three ensuite bathrooms; the master queen-sized bedroom having a large bath and shower ensuite complete with his&hers washbasins, a second queen-sized double bedroom adjacent to the family bathroom and a ‘Jack&Jill’ bathroom serving twin bedrooms 3 and 4.  For guests that cannot live without modern day communication; there are 4 TVs located throughout the villa, free Wi-Fi internet access and free long distance USA and Canada phone calls.

The open plan living area has high vaulted ceilings, perfect for maintaining that cool, comfortable atmosphere in the warmth of Florida; whilst out in the pool area you will find the deck generously equipped with loungers and sun chairs for you to while away the day with.

The kitchen has been fully equipped with all the latest utilities. In addition to an American-sized large fridge with ice-maker, the villa incorporates a washer/dryer, oven and hob, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and coffee maker.

After a hectic day at the theme parks, 18 holes at one of the world class golf courses, or a day picking the latest designer fashions at the outlet villages, you’ll be glad you chose our stunning luxury villa to relax in.
